This week, our SWPBS focus is Showing Respect by walking safely in classrooms and hallways. Walking calmly helps keep everyone safe, prevents accidents and creates a positive learning environment where all students can move around the school respectfully.

At Mortlake College we show respect by:

• Walking calmly in classrooms and hallways.
• Keeping our hands and feet to ourselves.
• Being aware of others and giving them personal space.
• Using quiet voices when moving through indoor areas.
• Following teacher instructions and school expectations.

Walking safely shows respect for ourselves, our classmates and our school. By making safe choices every day, we help create a calm, respectful and welcoming learning environment for everyone.
