Seeking feedback is a powerful way for students to improve their understanding, strengthen their learning, and build confidence. By listening to advice and using suggestions to make improvements, students develop a growth mindset and become more independent learners.

At Mortlake College, we encourage students to:

• ask questions when they are unsure
• listen respectfully to feedback from teachers and peers
• use feedback to improve their work and learning
